Rewrite & Edit Instructions
The instructions are rewritten into plain English to ensure a user-friendly experience. The structure of the instructions is also reformatted for enhanced clarity.

Legal Review
The provided safety warnings are reviewed and added upon, as needed, to ensure safe operation of the device and legal compliance. All trademarks are reviewed for brand compliance, with disclaimers added when necessary. These details are shared with the in-house paralegal for approval.

The copy document is shared with the buyer, who provides feedback and edits. Once copy is reviewed, it is sent to the designer.

Review Final Artwork
Once the user manual is fully designed, it receives a final round of copy-editing to ensure all instructions and images are laid out correctly.
