Plan Content Calendar
Using a calendar spreadsheet, recurring announcements, holiday posts, and themed postings are scheduled. Then, content is brainstormed for the remaining posting days based on current social trends, quirky holidays, and templated recurring content.

Conduct Hashtag Research
Relevant hashtags are chosen based on competitor research and ongoing trends of the moment.

Write On-Image Copy
Once content for the month has been determined, on-image captions are written. Both the copy and design request are sent to the graphic designer.

Create Captions
Utilizing the previous hashtag research, a fun caption is written in the company’s brand voice.

Schedule posts
Posts are scheduled using Meta’s social media planning tool.
